Privacy Policy
This policy explains what information PassDrill (passdrill.store) collects, why, and the choices you have. We keep this deliberately plain.
Information we collect
Practice activity. Your quiz answers and scores are processed in your own browser to run the test. We do not require an account and we do not ask for your name, license number or date of birth to use the practice tests.
Messages you send us. If you email us, we receive your email address and the contents of your message, and use them only to respond.
Analytics. We use Google Analytics 4 (measurement ID shown in our page source as a launch placeholder, G-XXXXXXXXXX, until launch) to understand aggregate usage — pages visited, approximate region, device type — so we can improve the site. Analytics data is aggregated and is not used to identify individual visitors.
Cookies and advertising (Google AdSense)
PassDrill displays advertising served by Google AdSense. In connection with those ads:
- Third-party vendors, including Google, use cookies to serve ads based on a user's prior visits to this website or other websites.
- Google's use of advertising cookies enables it and its partners to serve ads to our users based on their visits to this site and/or other sites on the Internet.
- We and third parties may also use cookies, web beacons and similar technologies for analytics and to measure ad performance.
Your opt-out choices
- You may opt out of personalised advertising by visiting Google Ads Settings.
- You may opt out of some third-party vendors' use of cookies for personalised advertising by visiting www.aboutads.info/choices.
- Most browsers also let you block or delete cookies in their settings; the practice tests will still work.
For more on how Google uses information from sites that use its services, see Google's partner-sites policy.
Data sharing and security
We do not sell personal information. We share data only with the service providers named above (Google Analytics and Google AdSense) for the purposes described, and where required by law. No method of transmission over the Internet is completely secure, but we limit what we collect precisely so there is little to protect.
Children
PassDrill is a study aid for prospective drivers. It is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from them.
Changes and contact
We will update this page when our practices change and revise the date above. Privacy questions: hello@passdrill.store.
